Cementing and Blocking Workover Fluid System

To address the issue of large-scale leakage of workover fluid during workover operations due to pressure loss, our company has developed a reservoir cementing and temporary blocking workover fluid system. This system exists in the wellbore in the form of a plug, which can reduce the impact of washing operations on the producing formation and form a blocking layer near the wellbore to prevent direct contact between washing fluid and the producing formation. This can reduce or prevent the shrinkage and blockage of oil and gas channels caused by the hydration swelling and particle movement of mud shale, thereby protecting the reservoir.

The main components of the workover fluid system are cementing and blocking agent SDF, promoter SLT, and stabilizer CDS-1.
